Community first

Plan yourOdoo Community implementation

Start with a short assessment of your workflows, modules, data and rollout risks. You leave with a clear recommendation on whether Community is a fit and what the project should include.

Request an assessment

What we assess

A practical check before the project starts

Your daily work

We map the workflows that matter: sales, purchasing, stock, accounting, production or project delivery. The aim is to spot gaps before configuration begins.

Community fit

We check what standard Odoo Community and maintained OCA modules can cover. Enterprise is discussed only when a specific requirement calls for it.

A workable scope

You get a proposed first release, the data that needs attention, and the decisions that should be made before a go-live date is set.

How it works

Three steps, no software sales pitch

Tell us where you are

Use the short form to describe your team and the process you want to improve.

We review the fit

We look at the requirements, existing tools and likely Odoo Community modules before the call.

Discuss the next move

We walk through the findings and tell you plainly whether Odoo Community is a sensible route.

Qualified assessment

Tell us what needs to work better

A short description is enough. Include the process that causes the most friction and any deadline that affects the project.

Odoo Community assessment FAQ

Is the assessment free?
The initial assessment request and fit discussion are free. If a deeper discovery workshop is needed, we explain the scope and cost before scheduling it.
Do you recommend Community for every project?
No. Community is our default starting point because it has no per-user license fee and works well with OCA modules. We recommend another option when a real requirement calls for it.
What should I prepare?
Bring one or two real workflows, such as how an order becomes an invoice or how stock is received. A sample export or a list of current tools also helps, but neither is required for the first call.
Will you build custom modules?
Yes, when the requirement is specific enough to justify custom work. We first check standard Community features and maintained OCA modules so custom code stays limited to what your business actually needs.
