Odoo Enterprise pricing:what you pay per user, and what you get
Odoo Enterprise is the paid subscription edition of Odoo. It adds Studio, full accounting, extra apps, official support and hosting by Odoo on top of the open-source core. This page explains the plans, the cost per user and when the license is worth it.
Overview
What Odoo Enterprise is
Enterprise is not a separate product. It is the Community core plus a set of proprietary modules and services, sold by Odoo SA as a subscription billed per user per month. The extra modules are not open source: you use them for as long as the subscription runs.
Everything in Community is also in Enterprise. What the subscription adds is extra apps, no-code tools, hosting on Odoo's own platforms, the upgrade service and a support contract.
What Enterprise adds on top of Community
These are the differences clients notice first.
Odoo Studio
A no-code editor to add fields, change screens, build reports and create simple apps without a developer.
Full accounting
The reconciliation screen, financial and tax reports, assets and, in supported countries, bank feed synchronization.
Extra apps
Helpdesk, Field Service, Planning, Documents, Sign, Quality, PLM, Appraisals and others.
Hosting by Odoo
Access to Odoo Online and Odoo.sh, where Odoo runs the servers, backups and updates.
Version upgrades
Odoo's upgrade service migrates your standard data to each new version. Custom modules still need to be migrated by whoever wrote them.
Official support
Functional support from Odoo SA for standard features, included in the subscription.

Odoo Enterprise pricing per user
Odoo sells Enterprise in three plans. The prices below are the euro list prices on odoo.com, before VAT, checked in September 2026. Odoo adjusts prices by country and currency, so confirm them on your own quote.

A single Enterprise app on Odoo Online. Useful to try Odoo; installing a second app moves you to a paid plan.
Standard

per user per month, billed yearly (€14.90 billed monthly)
All apps, hosted on Odoo Online only. Studio, multi-company and the external API are not included.
Custom
€17.90
per user per month, billed yearly (€22.40 billed monthly)
All apps plus Studio, multi-company and the external API. Runs on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server, which is what custom and OCA modules need.

Our pricing calculator uses the €22.40 Custom monthly rate: it is the most conservative figure, and the Custom plan is where most implementations with custom modules end up. At that rate, 10 users cost €2,688 a year in licenses.
Costs on top of the license
Hosting
Included on Odoo Online. Odoo.sh is billed separately on top of the subscription, and on-premise means paying for your own server.
Implementation
Configuration, data migration and training are not part of the subscription. They are quoted separately, whoever does the work.
Custom modules
Development, plus migrating your own modules to each new Odoo version.
Renewals
Odoo sets the subscription price and can revise it at renewal. Leave some margin when you budget over five years.
Who you buy the license from
You buy the Enterprise subscription from Odoo SA directly, or through an official Odoo partner. Aerya is not an Odoo partner and does not resell licenses.
When a client chooses Enterprise, the subscription stays in the client's name and we implement, customize and support the system on top of it. The license and the implementation stay separate, so you can change either one without losing the other.
When Odoo Enterprise is worth the cost
We recommend Community with OCA modules for most projects. Enterprise is the better call when one of these applies.
You want to change things yourself
Studio lets an administrator add fields and adjust screens without waiting for a developer.
You need a specific Enterprise app
Planning, Sign, PLM or Quality out of the box, with no OCA module that fits your process.
You want Odoo to run the servers
Odoo Online or Odoo.sh means no server administration on your side.
You want support from the vendor
One subscription covers the software, the upgrade service and a support channel with Odoo SA.
When it usually is not
- Teams of ten or more users whose needs Community and OCA modules already cover
- Companies that want their data on their own server and will pay a developer anyway
- Projects built around custom modules, where Studio adds little
Moving between editions
Community to Enterprise
The Enterprise modules install on your existing database, so your data stays. Check first that your custom and OCA modules work alongside them.
Enterprise to Community
Possible, but data in Enterprise-only apps has no place in Community. Export it, or replace those apps with OCA modules, before the switch.
When the subscription ends
An Enterprise database needs an active subscription. Plan the renewal, or the move back to Community, well before the expiry date.
United States
Odoo Enterprise for US companies
For US businesses, the main Enterprise additions are bank feed synchronization, the full set of accounting reports and integrations such as AvaTax for sales tax calculation.
In Community, the same reports come from OCA modules such as MIS Builder with US templates, and sales tax is configured by hand or through a third-party connector.
